We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If is received within our return window, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 3-5 days for it to be processed by the credit card company or bank.
Burn the candle until the melt pool goes across the entire diameter of the candle.
This allows the candle to burn evenly every time you light it and lengthens the life of your candle.
Each time you light the soy candle, always trim the wick to 1/4".

Candle Info:
All of our soy candles and wax melts are hand poured in small batches by us. You might notice a discoloring to the candle. This is normal and occurs when using soy wax.
Frosting may occur in your candle, which is the natural effect of soy wax. This will not effect the scent or performance of your candle.
I love the scent of lavender because it is so soothing and calming. This candle is exactly those two things. Not too overpowering like some candles can be- It's Perfect!
