OUR STORY
Born and raised in Wisconsin
Located in the beautiful driftless area of Richland Center, Wisconsin, Angela Rose Studios is comprised of a wife and husband duo, Angie and Seth. We design and create candles inspired by our love and travels for everything Wisconsin.
From 2012 to 2017, Angie made crocheted scarves and home décor products under the name of Fandom Creations. After meeting Seth in the summer of 2015 and their mutual love for creativity - it wasn’t until 2017, the business name changed to Angela Rose Studios. Angie continued to make crocheted scarves and home décor products until 2017.
We initially started making candles to raise money in the fight against cancer. This decision was made, since Seth is a cancer survivor, who was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma at the age of 19. It’s a subject that is very near and dear to his heart. Through numerous rounds of chemotherapy and radiation treatments, followed by another 5 years of remission, Seth officially became a survivor of cancer. It wasn’t until these successful fundraising efforts in 2017, we realized making candles was something we could explore more of as a potential business.
In 2018, we started the process of learning how to make small batch, hand-poured soy candles and wax melts in our small Stoughton apartment. Through the next six months, we learned, tested, and created the first collection of soy candles. These candles became what is known today as our signature collection. In November 2018, we publicly launched this collection and sold our candles through a local craft fair in Madison, Wisconsin.
In 2019, we got the idea to make Wisconsin inspired candles that reminded us of unique locations throughout the state. This became the Wanderlust Wisconsin Collection. Since then, we’ve launched and introduced new collections that culturally and atmospherically represent our great state, including supper clubs, camping, and so much more.
Our love and fascination for our home state continues to grow. Through sensory storytelling, we continue to look for new and inspiring ways to remind us of what makes Wisconsin so unique.

With my hometown being in Southwest Wisconsin, I'm constantly inspired by the beauty and wonder of my home state. It's my mission to bring that Wisconsin charm into your space, lighting up memories and wonderful experiences you hold near and dear to your heart. When I'm not concocting new scents, you can find me relaxing with a good book, crocheting and cross-stitching, or spending quality time with my husband Seth, friends and family, and my cardigan corgi, Ginny.

I love to play fetch, wrestle, tug of war, and did I mention wrestling? Yes, dat too. Oh, I love walks, but something about squirrels don’t sit right wit me. Yeah, I let them know who’s in charge, but anyways, I love to stick out my tongue and smile. Oh, I love attention, plenty of attention. Also, nothing gets past my ears. I’m Ginny!
