We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If is received within our return window, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 3-5 days for it to be processed by the credit card company or bank.
Burn the candle until the melt pool goes across the entire diameter of the candle.
This allows the candle to burn evenly every time you light it and lengthens the life of your candle.
Each time you light the soy candle, always trim the wick to 1/4".

Candle Info:
All of our soy candles and wax melts are hand poured in small batches by us. You might notice a discoloring to the candle. This is normal and occurs when using soy wax.
Frosting may occur in your candle, which is the natural effect of soy wax. This will not effect the scent or performance of your candle.
I’m a tough sell on candles. And I’m especially opposed to a lot of seasonal scent...yeah, I’m super fun. But enter THIS Birch Candle. It’s perfection when it comes to a fall and winter candle. The scent fills up a space really nicely. In a small space it has a big scent, but by no means bad. Impressive actually, because the scent that these put out are perfection which I'm sure relates back to their overall quality! It’s smells, fresh, yet cozy. Woodsy, but clean. It’s almost Christmasy, but not quite. It’s just a really real great scent. If you’re not into super sweet and weird seasonal scents, this one might be the one for you.
